jyasskin has just created a new issue for
https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth:

== When a device causes a page to open, the page should be able to
find the device ==
For example, an
[Eddystone-URL](https://github.com/google/eddystone/tree/master/eddystone-url)
 beacon can cause the browser to suggest a user visit a particular web
 page. If the user does, that page could get direct access to the
device instead of needing to go through the `requestDevice()` chooser.
