[web-bluetooth] Peripheral mode supports multiple connections since 4.1

The second paragraph of the 
[Introduction](https://webbluetoothcg.github.io/web-bluetooth/#introduction)
 states:

`The Peripheral role is able to receive a single connection.`

I believe this is no longer the case since the Bluetooth 4.1 spec 
which states in the third paragraph of page 22:

`Slaves are permitted to have physical links to more than one master 
at a time.`
