tidoust has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/media-and-entertainment: == Create draft 2025 version of charter == This creates the base draft text for the 2025 version of an IG charter. Two commits: first one actually creates the file out of the approved 2023 charter, second one refreshes the boilerplate text to align with the latest charter template and fixes a couple of links and terms I bumped into along the way. Further adjustments are needed, which I propose to do in separate pull requests: 1. Charter template now expects a "Motivation and Background" section separated from the Scope. For the Media & Entertainment IG, it can typically be generated with an intro sentence, the first paragraph from the Scope section which is more background setting than scope setting, and the text written in "Charter history" that summarizes the history of the IG. 2. The list of groups that appear in the Coordination section may need to be refreshed.
