[media-and-entertainment] TPAC 2025 planning (#110)

== TPAC 2025 planning ==
[TPAC 2025](https://www.w3.org/events/tpac/2025/tpac-2025/) will be held in Kobe, Japan, from 10 to 14 November. These will be hybrid meetings with in-person and remote attendance.

Groups have been asked to request meeting slots by 20 June.

As a starting point, I suggest we follow a similar structure to [TPAC 2024](https://github.com/w3c/media-and-entertainment/issues/109): One or two slots dedicated to MEIG, one slot for joint meeting with TTWG, one slot for joint meeting with APA WG.

Please reply to this issue with suggestions for agenda items or joint meeting suggestions.
