NGA personalization usecases group note

Dear all,

Referring back to the conversation we had in Kobe (MEIG meeting minutes – 10 November 2025<https://www.w3.org/2025/11/10-me-minutes.html#df4b>), we have gone ahead and set up a git repository for a group note about NGA personalization use cases.

A first draft version of the note is online<https://w3c.github.io/me-next-generation-audio/> thanks to the magic of github actions. The source code is at w3c/me-next-generation-audio<https://github.com/w3c/me-next-generation-audio> .

Please go ahead and review the draft and provide feedback. Pull requests are of course possible and welcome!
