chrisn has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/media-and-entertainment: == DASH and WebRTC streaming == A report from [DASH-IF on WebRTC streaming][1] discusses the use of WebRTC in low latency media streaming applications and integration with DASH media delivery. The report proposes some extensions to WebRTC, such as session management and signaling, synchronization of captions and timed metadata, security, and metrics and client metadata. We held a joint meeting on 5 April 2022 with DASH-IF and WebRTC WG ([minutes][2]). *This issue tracks a media-related issue/proposal/work item/discussion* [1]: https://dashif.org/webRTC/report [2]: https://www.w3.org/2022/04/05-me-minutes.html Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/media-and-entertainment/issues/84 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
