The behavior depends on the service provider which is not the scope of bullet chatting standardization.

Thank you for updating the slides with the Q&A.

 

Looking at Q&A (5), the answer says "the behavior varies among different service providers". Is this something that the service providers want to standardise, so they all have the same behaviour?
