tidoust has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/media-and-entertainment: == Refresh charter in preparation for rechartering == Proposed updates to the current charter to refresh its content. No substantive changes. The update introduces the following changes: - Media Timed Events Task Force and deliverable mentioned - Perspective document added to the list of deliverables - List of groups and organizations refreshed (closed groups and organizations dropped, Immersive Web WG added) - The dynamic nature of liaisons has been noted, e.g. to anticipate the creation of a Media WG - Scope wording slightly adjusted to talk about "continuous experience", notably to clarify that interactivity is in scope. I'm not married to it, happy to drop this if people feel that actually has the opposite effect. The update also fixes a couple of typos. See https://github.com/w3c/media-and-entertainment/pull/16
