> In practice, I've found that these generate `onenter` and `onexit` events as expected, but there seems to be a minimum non-zero duration needed for the cues to appear in the `activeCues` list inside a `oncuechange` handler, and this duration differs between implementations. This is important as it makes interoperability more difficult. It would seem to me that zero duration cues should be included in the `activeCues` list. What's the best way to get this fixed? Is a recommendation to fix this variance between implementations included in this document? Or should it be handled outside this document, since maybe it's broader in scope? -- GitHub Notification of comment by mavgit Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/me-media-timed-events/issues/41#issuecomment-488068398 using your GitHub account
