chrisn has just merged chrisn's pull request 21 for https://github.com/w3c/me-media-timed-events: == Add detail on WebKit DataCue == This change adds details of WebKit's `DataCue` implementation, posted by Eric [here](https://discourse.wicg.io/t/media-timed-events-api-for-mpeg-dash-mpd-and-emsg-events/3096/2). I added it following the description of HTML5 `DataCue`, although Section 5 now does not flow very well. I plan to restructure the document, so would like to merge this, and then restructure in a subsequent PR. See https://github.com/w3c/me-media-timed-events/pull/21
