Having noted that _Time Marches On_ can conformantly not be run frequently enough to meet subtitle and caption use cases, it does have a lot of other things going for it, like smooth handling of events that take too long to process. In the spirit of making the smallest change possible to resolve it, here's an alternative proposal: * Change the minimum frequency to 50 times per second, instead of 4 times per second.
