This update:
- moves the the sentence that starts with "This" in the Event Triggering section to the second bullet point, since first bullet point only talks about "in-band" media timed events.
- updates the final sentence in the Event Triggering section to read as a normative statement against the API, and not against the user agent, for consistency with other normative statements in the list of recommendations.
- fixes markup errors in the document (mostly lists nested in paragraphs). No
actual change to the prose there.
