[Cloud Browser] 8th of February Call

as there have been only 2 of us on the line yesterday, Colin and myself,
we have not generated any minutes.

Therefore, a small summary here:

  * we have mainly discussed the procedure of the group note to be published
  * split browser topic discussed - decided to proceed with pubslishing
    of the split browser vs. cloud browser doc after the group note is
    published
