[Cloud Browser] Added a first draft of Cloud Browser architecture functions

Hi all,

To address the action point [1], I have created a first draft of an extended description of the Cloud Browser architecture functions in [2].
This description is based on the high-level description of the functions, provided by Colin in [3].

This description is required for further explanations of 4 different Cloud Browser approaches.
The corresponding explanations of responsibilities for the Cloud Environment, the Cloud Browser and its client for each of these approaches can be found in:

 *   Single Stream Cloud Player [4]
 *   Single Stream Local Player [5]
 *   Double Stream Cloud Player [6]
 *   Double Stream Local Player [7]

Please, go through the descriptions and provide me your comments or questions for clarification.
