Hi All, I added a initial proposed Interest Group Note to the wiki [1]. After reviewing, it will be to publish as an formalised W3C publication. It is a short, lucid version of the Cloud TV Architecture [2] which will still be used (and modified) by the Task Force. The group note will also be used as an end result of the first phase of the Task Force, ended at TPAC 2016 [3]. The second phase will focus on the use cases. Please let me know if you would like to add/change something.
