Dear Web and TV IG members, This is a Call for Review of a proposed charter for a Task Force to be added to the Web and TV Interest Group. The Task Force, proposed to be called "GGIE: Glass to Glass Internet Ecosystem", will discuss the end to end Internet digital video ecosystem focusing on all phases of the video life cycle: Capture-Edit-Package-Distribute-Find-Watch for both professional and non-professional digital video. https://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/GGIE_TF Please review the proposed charter and provide your input using this mailing list and/or editing the wiki page directly. The deadline for comments is 23:59 Boston time on Monday, 8 December 2014. The IG will finalize the charter during the IG call on Wednesday, 10 December 2014. Call for TF participation is already open at https://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/GGIE_participants Please add your name to the participants section if you are joining the TF. The IG is running a poll to tweak the Wednesday teleconference time slot to maximise the TF call participation. http://doodle.com/mkaneessdt35ubgk Please join the poll if you are participating in the TF. The poll will be closed at 23:59 Boston time on Monday, 8 December 2014. * Note that 1) the poll is about time slots on 17 December, however, we've not yet decided to have the first TF call on the date and 2) the time zone of the Doodle calendar for the poll is set to the US Eastern; Doodle may change the date and time on your screen according to your time zone setting. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to ask them here or contact Yosuke Funahashi <yosuke@w3.org>. Best regards, Yosuke Funahashi, Web and TV IG co-Chair
