[apis] Media APIs TF teleconferences - Wednesdays at 9 Boston every 2 weeks - starts 15th May

Hi all,

As mentioned in my message earlier, the Media APIs task force will start
holding regular teleconferences using our Wednesday telcon slot (9AM
Eastern for 1 hour), every 2 weeks, alternating with the Testing TF.

The Testing TF is planning to have a call on May 8th, so we will have our
first meeting on May 15th.
