Nice to see you again! It was so much busy season to us either. :D I and my colleague(Sung Hei Kim) want to join the "channel" use case, and also have some interests in "channel list". Actually, we have been working on drafting some texts for "channel" use case. Hence, we can suggest baseline texts for discussion within a few days. Happy new year everyone! Best Regards, Wook Hyun -----Original Message----- From: Jean-Charles JC Verdié [mailto:jc.verdie@mstarsemi.com] Sent: Tuesday, January 22, 2013 5:27 PM To: public-web-and-tv@w3.org Subject: [TCTF] Task forme resuming after holidays Dear all, The Terminal Capabilities Task Force [1] is now resuming after a busy holidays+CES season :) Let me all wish you an happy new year with more and more web technologies coming to the TV, with our help hopefully :) There are 7 people who volunteered to work on TCTF and so far we have 6 use cases listed on the wiki page. Of course the use case list is not (and will never be) completed, but we can start working on what we have today. I'd like to take this opportunity to ask who among the volunteers list is interested in developing which use cases in more details. I expect that we won't have a 1<->1 between the two lists so that we don't end up with 1 people idle, but more like N people on each use case, so we can leverage our mutual experiences and visions and give a better outcome. I therefore propose that you manifest your interest in one (or many) use cases so that we can list "sub-groups" on the wiki and start the actual work asap. I've update the wiki page [1] with a "participants" section on each use case. Of course, everybody in the Web & TV group is welcome to propose additional use cases. Not that it means all of them will be handled by the TF, but more ideas are always welcome Regards, JC [1] http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/Terminal
