Dear all, There is a strong demand in TV to be able to control regular TV features using web browser, a.k.a. Terminal Capabilities (the most common use case being the tuner, but not only) The terminal capabilities task force aims to first list the common use cases, and either provide directions to address them, or identify technical groups to work on a solution. This TF is backed on the W3 wiki here: http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/Terminal Please everyone interested in participating edit the wiki page (chapter "participants"). The group plans to work only using email unless appropriate to call & irc at some point. Don't forget to edit subjects and use [terminal] tag to facilitate sorting of emails. While editing the page, if you feel comfortable with one of the already listed use case and are willing to edit and elaborate it, please send an e-mail to let everyone know you're willing to do this. If you think about another use case that might be worth adding, please also send an email. I'll consolidate information on a regular basis on the wiki page. Best regards JC Verdié
