[3dweb] An inital draft of stereoscopic 3D web specification

Hi all,

 

I have put a draft of stereoscopic 3D web specification on the TF wiki page
[1]. This is just a very initial draft to facilitate discussions. Some items
could be included or excluded according to the discussions. Feel free to
give us any comment or feedback.
