RE: [MEDIA_PIPELINE_TF] Meeting Announcement

Should have asked that in the last telco but what is the plan to draft the descriptions to the requirements. Those are assumed to be an essential  part of the document and already mostly discussed about.
Somehow I thought Clarke would provide first fill in to those. ;-)
