[Media_PIPELINE_TF] ISSUE-37: ViewPort-Support

Hi All,

 

I had an Action from the face-to-face meeting in LA last week to modify
ISSUE-37 (ACTION-80).

 

I've updated the wiki page to elaborate on the terminology and make the
use-case clearer. I've also added some words to why I think this
use-case isn't already covered by existing standards (see

)
