I am (personally) uncertain whether there is room for standards work in 
this area beyond the need for easily addressable (and ideally 
dereferenceable) content, mostly covered already in the 
MediaIdentification use case discussed in the HNTF.

That said, I'd be more than happy to contribute to the discussion on 
social TV, and see whether we have a broad enough scope to warrant a 
task force. Do we have any existing discussion material beyond the 
NoTube paper submitted back in February?
