RE: webtv-ISSUE-24 (igarashi): Local Link of web applications [HOME_NETWORK_TF]

Hi Jan,

I do not assume that the applications are provided by the same distributor or service provider. We do not need to explore how syntax and protocol using web socket are.  I assume that developers or forums will define it and may make it open to others. This is in the same manner that anyone may develop Web APIs.

I would like to add the following note if no comment.

The applications (including Web Widget) on user devices know each other and can exchange messages for communications Note that the applications may not necessarily be provided by the same distributor or service provider.
