Hi all,

As discussed during our last conference call, I've created a wiki page
for adaptive bitrate calls that are non-error related. The wiki page can
be found here:

Some of them relate to R7 and some to R8 of the MPTF requirements
document (http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/MPTF/MPTF_Requirements). 

Any comments, additions and/or queries are welcome.
