Dear all I believe we should have a more general focus on service discovery and service protocols, of which HNT are a special case. In that direction, I believe there are technologies of interest for this TF around Web Services Dynamic Discovery, UDDI, XMPP, etc for discovery, SOAP and WSDL, JSON-RPC, I also remember something SIP-based. We have to deal with UPnP, for sure, but the study of the other technologies will help us in staying generic.
