To be honest I think it will take some time to get a clear sense among us all of the different groups we need to be working with, and for them to discover us. That is one reason why the list is suggestive, not exhaustive. > The IG will be a public one and here it states "not intended as an > exhaustive list", > so I understand that it is not the group's intention to exclude input or > liaison with such entities or individuals though. Correct. > Do we have names of such entities or we do not know, > or we should be working through standard bodies in each area first? I don't have a obvious list of names. I don't think it is necessary to work with standards bodies first, but in practical terms that is often most efficient (although not always - e.g. we might find some individuals can be extremely efficient in helping us understand and describe accessibility requirements, or that a developer community can collectively express certain requirements clearly and helpfully). Thanks for the feedback. I'll modify the draft to add something. cheers Chaals -- Charles McCathieNevile Opera Software, Standards Group je parle français -- hablo español -- jeg lærer norsk http://my.opera.com/chaals Try Opera: http://www.opera.com
