Hi, As you may already have seen, the second W3C Web and TV workshop, to be held in Berlin, Germany, on 8-9 February 2011, has been announced. The call for papers is available at: http://www.w3.org/2010/11/web-and-tv/ The workshop is a follow-up of the workshop held in Japan back in September, which led to the creation of this mailing-list and of the (soon to be launched) Web and TV Interest Group. This second workshop aims at pursuing the discussions initiated in Japan. Results will be fed into the work of the Web and TV Interest Group. The possible creation of incubator or working groups chartered to work on a specific topic will also be discussed. Topics of interest include the advantages of using Web technology for TV accessibility, discussion around compliance and interoperability, as well as hot topics such as micro-payment and support for "second screen" scenarios. Please consider submitting a position paper and attending the workshop. If you already attended the first workshop, please note that you may re-submit the position paper you initially submitted to the first workshop. We will encourage "original" contributions when preparing the program of the workshop though. Thanks, Francois.
