Document for review that is, in several ways, relevant to this group:

The Technical Architecture Group (TAG) Privacy Task Force has been drafting
Privacy Principles for the web. (I am one of the members of this group)

The Privacy Principles seeks to set down some definitions of key privacy
concepts and principles that the web platform as a whole should adhere to.
