TPAC minutes, next meeting Oct. 11, seeking volunteers for ongoing work

Hi Web Advertising BG,

It was wonderful to see many of you in-person and online at our TPAC
meeting. Minutes are available at:
https://www.w3.org//2022/09/13-web-adv-minutes.html

We discussed some of the ongoing work in other groups and group types,
and reviewed where this group might productively focus attention.[1]

Ideas that got strong interest in our "next steps" conversation included
* comparison of related proposals and flowcharts of how work fits together
* reporting and feedback on testing, how proposals satisfy use cases
* documentation/explainers of the web advertising technology ecosystem

I heard Kris and Brian express willingness to work on comparisons and
flowcharts. Karl, from Snake Nation expressed interest in bringing
additional perspectives to technology reports. Thanks, and I'm sure
they'd welcome additional participants in these efforts.

We also heard interest in adapting our meeting cadence to the agenda, so
our next meeting will be 11 October, when we'll try to identify editors
for specific projects and invite them to propose the next steps.

Thanks!
--Wendy
