Hi, Wendy,

I would like to add to the agenda a discussion about gnatcatcher (IP
blindness). The timeline on privacysandbox.com suggests planned
availability in the second half of 2022, but 1) we've barely talked about
this proposal, and 2) it appears to me to be a more fundamental change to
the web than pretty much any other proposal.
