* Three Advertising Use Cases:
 - Browser vs server: ensuring smooth user experience during the ad
selection, load and display.
 - Brand safety, i.e. for an advertiser ensuring that their ads are
displayed on websites that fit their policies (e.g.: as an airline I
don't want my ads to be displayed next to a news related to a plane
accident).
 - Invalid traffic:  how to detect and deal with fraudulent events
(displays, clicks, conversions) generation.
