Blocking Third party cookies will be illegal also as language rights, disability rights

 if third party cookies will be blocked then will be illegal also Example:- because india government is using web accessibility tool of atoall.com for regional and disabled people that is working on third party cookies. 

It is using in inclusion, diversity, equity, language rights, Human Rights, ada etc.
