As discussed in the last IWABG telcon, we propose a 1 hour technical workshop on SPARROW on Thursday the 16 at 5pm CET (same time as the IWABG conf calls).

Purpose of this workshop is to address technical open questions, with a particular emphasis on reporting (and how and why it differs from TURTLEDOVE).
