[Protocols] Minutes 4-22 and New Listserv

Hi everyone,

We really had some great conversations today and I feel like we’re making a lot of progress! 😊

Here are the minutes from today’s call: https://www.w3.org/2022/04/22-wcag3-protocols-minutes.html

Just an FYI for those who couldn’t make it today, we have two teams now: “Points for Protocol” and “Evaluating Procedures”! Both of these teams will continue work advancing theories about the ways protocols can be used and their work will be shared in our wiki.

I also wanted to mention that a new mailing list for this group has been created (which is the list this email is being sent to): public-wcag3-protocols@w3.org<mailto:public-wcag3-protocols@w3.org> (archives: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wcag3-protocols/). The archives are publicly visible but only subscribers can post, since it's a working list. To ensure subscribers are participants in WCAG 3, the list is not self-subscribe, but we can add people if they’d like to be involved in the discussion. If those settings are too restrictive we can change them at any time.

I thought it’d be good to use this list for email discussions moving forward so that we’re not including everyone on the main distro, but let me know if you have any objections to that – we can always change course.

Have a wonderful weekend and a happy Earth Day!
