[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 18 September meeting

Hi all,

There was a problem with the logging of today’s minutes. Not sure why, but after we started the 1.3.2 Orientation agenda item, nothing was captured in Zakim and I didn’t see Phil get disconnected at any point. I’ve scraped the minutes from the IRC and cleaned out the queueing aspects to make the captured log easier to read. See the attachment for the ugly log. If you want me to clean out the timestamps, I can do another pass.

We made progress on topics discussed today, approving one change for 1.4.13 Note 3 and nearing completion of changes to 1.3.2 Orientation. The EN 301 549 team is developing an update to 1.4.4 that will hopefully address concerns which we can discuss further in the next meeting.
