[WCAG2ICT] Reminder - end of daylight savings time, schedule mismatch

Hi all,

Note that the EU, UK, and many other countries are ending daylight savings time and changing their clocks back 1 hour this weekend. However, the US doesn’t change until a week later (on 2 November). Our regularly scheduled meeting is at 10 AM Eastern US time, so will be 1 hour earlier than our normal time in your location for the meeting on 30 October.

The following week, 6 November, the meetings will sync back up to the regularly scheduled time.
