[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 2 October meeting

Thanks to all who joined today. We didn’t have a quorum so no decisions were made. We did go through the latest EN 301 549 V20 draft for changes in notes to discuss whether these were appropriately implemented in both the EN and in our PRs. Some issues were identified, and a list is being sent to the editors and will also be submitted through an ETSI JTB member.
