[WCAG2ICT] Survey extended to midnight Eastern time on 21 May

Hi all,

I’ve extended the 2.4.2 Page Titled survey<https://www.w3.org/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICTMay8/> due date to this coming Wednesday, 21 May (ends at Midnight Eastern per W3C survey tool). Today the group already made a decision on question 2 to use headings, so focus on questions 3 to 6. Question 1 gives you the links to the two proposals this survey is all about.
