Also - should this even be in a note? We can’t have a note that is an exception. We should make this part of the “Applies with” Somethign like This applies directly as written and as described in Intent from Understanding Success Criterion 1.4.12 <https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/text-spacing.html#intent> with the following precondition added “Where implemented using markup languages allow the user to modify these text spacing properties,"
