[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 6 March meeting

Hi all,
Today we made good progress on the explainer and the SC analysis for potential language changes to make them apply better to non-web documents and software. Minutes only cover the first half of the meeting, as the second half we worked live in the spreadsheet.
