[WCAG2ICT] Prep and agenda for the 12 June meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on 12 June at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation
Review PRs for inclusion into the WCAG2ICT editor’s draft

  *   Review the proposed changes in PR 632<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/632> which is to solve issue 605<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/605>. See the in-context word replacement change to 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value<https://deploy-preview-632--wcag2ict.netlify.app/#applying-sc-4-1-2-name-role-value-to-non-web-documents-and-software>.
  *   Review the two proposals in PR 681<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/681> and PR 682<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/682> to eliminate "must" from the the note use in the four SCs per issue 680<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issue/680>.
  *   Proposals in 681 and 682 were changed to make these notes exactly the same in all four SCs (like it is the same in WCAG) per issue 683<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issue/683>. Review PR 683<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/683> and PR 685<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/685>. You can read the in-context changes in the built documents linked in the PRs.
  *   Review edits made to 3.2.3 Consistent Navigation in PR 687<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/687> per issue 686<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issue/686>.   *   Review PR 688<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/688> edits to make "closed functionality" uses more consistent per issue 614<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issue/614>

Meeting Goals
Approve most of the open PRs to avoid future merge conflicts.
