[WCAG2ICT] Wanted to call attention to a few minor adjustments I made in PRs

Hi all,

As I created and updated the PRs per today’s agreed text there were a some things that I noted and took liberty to correct. I think the following adjustments to the language are non-controversial, but wanted to call your attention to them in case you have concerns or would like to see further changes. You can comment during the AG WG review period as well.

  *   I had to come up with alternate text to the “Applies as written” statement. Feel free to provide feedback if it is unclear or needs changing. The language used is similar to what we were working on for Page Titled in PR 633<https://deploy-preview-633--wcag2ict.netlify.app/#applying-sc-2-4-2-page-titled-to-non-web-software>.
  *   Note 2 – I changed “application” to “non-web software” in two places and it seemed to me that this note only applies to non-web software, so I added the “(FOR NON-WEB SOFTWARE)” notation.

  *   Gregg did notice that the first sentence looked a bit weird being repeated verbatim in the meeting. To alleviate that a bit, I elected to insert “a document’s” into Note 2 and “software’s” into Note 3 to make the first sentence specific. Hopefully this adjustment is non-controversial.
