[WCAG2ICT] Agenda for the 3 July meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on 3 July at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

Meeting Goals
Plan to reach consensus on existing pull requests and complete noted discussions with a clear plan on what content needs to change and how so a pull request can be made with proposals.
