[WCAG2ICT] Prep and agenda for the 24 April meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 24 April at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Be familiar with Issue #622: edit to note in 2.1.1 to make it more understandable<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/622> and the proposed changes to Note 1 in PR 629<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/629>. Changes can be viewed in-context in the section Applying 2.1.1 Keyboard to Non-web Documents and Software<https://deploy-preview-629--wcag2ict.netlify.app/#applying-sc-2-1-1-keyboard-to-non-web-documents-and-software>
  *   Be familiar with Issue #625: Need further clarity in the key term definition of "content (on and off the web)"<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/625>
  *   EN 301 549 topics - be familiar with the new proposed change to WCAG2ICT in PR #626<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/626> regarding Issue 627: 2.4.2 Page Titled (RE: ERROR spotted in WCAG2ICT)<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/627>
  *   Review the first 5 SC in the Analysis for SC language changes<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cRGxHxV0mBEI_rvcc2EXS9xcBanQjG6k/edit?gid=1726579776#gid=1726579776> so we can have a discussion in the meeting.

Meeting Goals
Have solutions for issues regarding the EN 301 549 work, begin reviewing/agreement on what SCs might need WCAG2ICT language changes.
