Thanks for sharing. Was there any discussion of whether there are scenarios where a “set of webpages” is not a “website” and when a “set of software” is not a “suite” such as “Microsoft Office”? In practice it seems that most “sets” are part of a site or suite. Or app. I’d be interested to understand the logic of building up from single units, as done in WCAG and WCAG2ICT, to group repetition and consistency of a “set”, rather than from the whole down a layer to the subset?
