Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 5 September at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 2 hours). NOTE that though this meeting starts at our normal time, the length may be up to 2 hours.

Meeting Preparation

  *   Adjust your calendar for the 5 Sept. meeting to be 2 hours (10 AM-12 Noon Eastern time) to ensure we get through the remaining survey questions.
  *   Due 4 Sept.: Complete the first 8 questions of the survey (Group 3) Review Content Changes and Issue Responses for Public Comments<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-Group3-public-comments>
NOTE: We reordered the questions from last time to move to the bottom of the survey all questions we reached resolution on in the 29 August meeting.

  *   Review the two proposed issue answers that didn't make it into the survey:

     *   Proposed answer to issue 464<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YfD_Rxeg72vLZXBuV05BDvlKFCjwy5KZEOeeJSTtfLY/edit#heading=h.hou37rz23che> (For reference, last week's resolution on issue 464 content changes)
     *   Proposed answer to issue 466<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YfD_Rxeg72vLZXBuV05BDvlKFCjwy5KZEOeeJSTtfLY/edit#heading=h.zh4z5zfsmk8g> (Last week's resolution on issue 466 content changes)

Meeting Goals
Reach resolutions for all remaining content changes and issue answers.

*       Announcements

  *   Survey results on (Group 3) Review Content Changes and Issue Responses for Public Comments<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-Group3-public-comments/results>
  *   Remaining issue answers (464 and 466)
  *   4.1.1 Parsing - inclusion of WCAG 2.1 AND 2.2 versions of the text
  *   CfC to ask for AG WG to review publish the final Note, once all changes are merged.
