[WCAG2ICT] Preparation for the upcoming meeting on 7 November

Happy Halloween!  Here?s your treat for today (hopefully you don?t see it as a trick).

Our well-deserved hiatus from WCAG2ICT TF work is coming to an end and we are ready to start meeting once again on Thursday 7 November. There is a full agenda for the meeting as we level-set and begin to understand the work in front of us in the next phase of WCAG2ICT.
