[WCAG2ICT] UPDATE: Preparation for the 16 May meeting

Hi all,

All surveys are now ready for the remaining review content:

  *   Complete the survey on remaining proposals for changes to the editor's draft<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-public-comments-R4> (NOTE: I added a question today, 14 May so if you already completed the survey already please scroll to the bottom to answer the last question.)
  *   Complete the survey on proposed editor's notes<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-review-editors-notes> (This survey is now open. However, I’m waiting on the approval for PR 357<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/pull/357> which affects content being reviewed in questions 1 and 7. I can’t merge it into the editor’s draft until the PR is approved.)
