[WCAG2ICT] Please respond by 12 March - CfC on the proposed answer to Issue 216

Hi all,

This is a Call for Consensus to accept and finalize the answer to Issue 216, as written and reviewed in this week’s survey. I’d like to save time by doing this outside of a meeting to document our resolution. We didn’t have time to get to it in our meeting.

In the survey results reviewing the answer for Issue 216<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-public-responses-3/results#xq1>, there were 7 respondents that unanimously approved the proposed answer with no changes.

Please respond by 12 March midnight US Eastern time, as you would normally in the meeting (+1 agree, 0 abstain, or -1 disagree).
